At UnceasedArc, each Antarpat is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted according to our customers' preferences, including names, colors, themes, and other custom requirements. Our experienced team pays close attention to every detail to ensure a flawless final product with the highest level of accuracy and craftsmanship. We take great pride in transforming your imagination into reality and strive to deliver exactly what was envisioned. Before dispatch, every order undergoes a thorough quality check to minimize the possibility of errors and ensure it meets our standards. Since every product is uniquely created for an individual customer, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been confirmed and production has begun.

• Once your order is confirmed and the advance payment has been received, our team begins the customization and production process.
• Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges after dispatch.
• Please review all names, spellings, dates, colors, and design preferences carefully before approving your order.
• We strive to dispatch every order on the agreed date and work with reliable courier partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.
• Before dispatching your order, we share clear photographs and videos of the completed product with you for your reference and confirmation.
• Once the order has been handed over to our delivery partner, we provide the shipment tracking details and barcode/tracking number shared by the courier service so you can monitor your order until delivery.

Important: Since every UnceasedArc product is made exclusively for an individual customer, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the product is received in a damaged condition. To be eligible for review, customers must provide an uninterrupted video recording starting from the moment the sealed package is received and continuing through the complete unboxing process for the first time. The video must be continuous from start to finish without any pauses, cuts, edits, or interruptions. Any claims submitted without a complete, unedited unboxing video will not be eligible for refund or replacement consideration. All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
